First time for everything!
My friend loves tripe so I ordered some of this. I was skeptical at first but we made some awesome "Tripe Soup". I have to give US Wellness 5 stars on their quality and customer service.

Almost odorless (almost!) and cooks up beautifully - super tender. My family, including a 13 yr old and and 10 year old, love it and request menudo for breakfast regularly!
